Who Am I?

My name is Yenge Eric, a passionate blogger on purpose, and welcome to my blog (beautifullfitness.com). I grew up to learn that health is wealth. But in a community where the dominant population is grossly engrossed in poverty, good health often seems like an illusion.

I spent a good part of my life visiting a nearby hospital where my friend use to work. And each time they hold their Monday morning staff meeting, they notice that all through the week, most patients they attended to, were suffering from health issues that could have easily been averted by a simple act of exercises.

Later down the road, they started organizing a morning session with the patience (sensitization session). Sensitizing the patience on the importance of exercising, and how to eat and live healthy (which is something that is greatly ignored in our society today). My friend Michael was the head of this sensitization program.

The concept was largely embraced by the people of the community as they started practicing, and noticing great results in their health and lives as well. Most of the time, his small apartment was always crowded by people seeking to learn more about using exercise and diet to improve their health.

But my friend, due to his work schedule, unfortunately, did not have enough time to attend to every single visitor. Therefore, we created a group to start sharing health and fitness content to help interested folks who wanted to learn more about health and fitness.

Since my friend was not good at information technology, he mandated me to handle that part of the project. I was now faced with the responsibility of providing health and fitness knowledge to the audience. To successfully perform this task, I had to get into research for more knowledge about health and fitness. I equally got coaching from many other networks and was able to help a lot of people gain good health through our platform.

But unfortunately, the Facebook algorithm change hit our page and we lost it. But to keep up the good work, I created this website so I can keep helping people improve their health. In a bit to render a successful service to my audience, I had to build a team to work with me and make the job easier for me. This way, I can provide more value to my audience. Of course, I would not be where I am today without a team.
